- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Return Process

- If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- You are responsible for securely packaging the item for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, which is Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after approval.
Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for eligible items), we will arrange to send you a replacement product of equal value.
